April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress who is a model, actress and singer. She's known for playing Kandi in the CBS comedy show Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. She was the main character as Rita Farr/Elastigirl for the American web-based series Titans. In a spin-off series in the form of Doom Patrol, she will take on the role. Bowlby appeared in TV films such as Sands of Oblivion or The Wrong Daughter. The actress made her debut on the big screen in All Roads Lead Home, later appearing as a character in The Slammin Salmon as well as From Prada to Nada.
